MHC for Lungs
Misericordia’s “Health Care for Lungs” program is geared for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (C.O.P.D.), a condition that exhibits long standing shortness of breath and chronic cough. C.O.P.D. includes chronic bronchitis, emphysema and possibly chronic asthma.
Misericordia’s “Health Care for Lungs” educates people with breathing difficulties about their disease, how to deal with it, taking control and how to live a fuller, more satisfying life.
